Steve's 12 years in Sierra Madre may be few compared to most of the associates in the Webb-Martin office (the roots here are deep! ), but he's been in the city long enough to have established a lot of connections with the area. Though not the youngest dad around, Steve has a daughter in kindergarten at Sierra Madre Elementary School, with another ready in a couple of years. "People ask about schools," Steve says, "and they're surprised that I have the answers from current experience. I'm counting on that to keep me young and in touch."

After growing up in Glendale, Steve lived for long stretches in Aspen, Colorado and New York City, and briefly in Vermont and Maryland. For years his career was entertainment, as a musician, singer and actor, which eventually brought him back to Southern California. He's been in many TV shows, commercials and films. Watch those re-runs, he still is!

So how did that bring him to real estate? "I have a young family, I love Sierra Madre, and Terry Barbour at Webb-Martin helped us find a house a few years ago. It was a fascinating process. Now I work with Terry, and I love meeting people I like and helping them get the results they want. As a performer, I've always been committed to being a total professional, doing my job in a way that helps everyone else do theirs. That's how I feel about real estate as well."
