Buying and selling homes is a large part of what the real estate profession is all about. As a professional Realtor focusing on residential sales, it has been important for me to realize that I am not the one making these purchases, but instead represent those who do. My primary goal is to complete the process without any surprises, listen to client's needs and offer experienced advice.
I came into the real estate field in the 90's well trained in personal service. Running a moving company office for Global Van Lines and managing retail stores for Polo Ralph Lauren and Pierre Deux taught me to honor my customer's needs first. I was trained by the Fred Sands Group when I started representing clients in real estate, a company with the same goals my father had when he worked in this field years ago here in Sierra Madre. Needless to say, I grew up and currently reside in Sierra Madre and have learned to appreciate the City's historical past. I've grown to love the many old homes that still exist throughout the San Gabriel Valley and can also appreciate the efforts that are being undertaken to restore them.
From that past the real estate process has seen technology bringing the market directly into everyone's home. Most people who have a desire to make a change can do their own research and enter into the market prepared to make the decisions required to buy and sell their homes. My experience completes the cycle through negotiations and follow up to properly transfer title from one party to another. I understand that this is one of the most important purchases one can make and am available with my business partner, Steve Stapenhorst, to make sure each person receives the services they deserve.
